Add 2 commands for tntwars (and missle wars?)
"/votereset" - When more than 50% of the players in game has ran the command, makes the game end. If players leave/join - update the number of votes required.
"/voteaddtime" - Adds more time when 50% of the players in game has ran the command, adds 5mins to the current game. If players leave/join - update the number of votes required.
